The best creative leaders I know aren’t the ones who always have a plan. They know how to move through uncertainty without losing themselves or their teams.
They know that not every question has a clear answer… which is why they also know that not every question requires them to answer first.
Leading through uncertainty isn’t about pretending to be sure; it’s about being steady enough to say,
“I don’t have all the answers yet, but we are still moving forward.”
It’s about creating an environment where risk is respected, where experiments are celebrated, and where mistakes aren’t the end of the story, rather they’re part of it.
Today, I’m reminding myself:

Clarity doesn’t always come first.
Sometimes, courage leads the way.
QUESTION:
Where might a little more steadiness, not certainty, be the leadership someone needs from you today?
